Quick reference resource. Great to read about mistakes made- would be great to read 10 lesser known truths or something to reference just as easy that provides a basic solid structure to approaching working out.

So much of this book has stuck with me as I work to get into better shape, to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass. This book is wonderful for debunking all the myths you learn along the way as you ride the roller coaster of popular fitness. Randell’s book really cuts through the BS and ultimately lays waste to so many of the roadblocks in your fitness plan. It really is a great resource!
