I hired Randell to help me with weight training & nutrition, with the goal of getting 6 pack abs for the first time in my life. I trained with Randell twice a week for 3 months and followed the diet plan he put me on. Following his guidance I got down to 7% body fat and build washboard abs. I couldn’t be happier with how I look and feel.
p.s. my abs are still with me and looking good, despite my workouts being few and far in between compared to the training I was doing in the fall. My diet is great though. I am still following the plan we put together with a few mods I made.
John was fairly lean before we began working together. He started at approximately 12% body fat and reduced to 7%. John is a star pupil and just needed the correct nutrition and personal training information to achieve his goal.
